The website presents IG Solution’s approach and solutions. The specific terms of each project are defined in its own proposal.
1. Informational content
Examples, assessments and workflows presented on this website are illustrative. They do not constitute a commercial proposal, a promise of results or a recommendation that applies equally to every business.
2. Contracting
A project only begins after acceptance of a proposal identifying the objective, scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and payment terms. Material changes may require a scope review.
3. External services
Domains, hosting, APIs, messaging channels, CRM, email and other third-party tools are not considered included unless expressly stated. External dependencies, limitations and costs are presented separately when needed.
4. Results
IG Solution commits to the agreed implementation, not to guaranteed commercial results. Demand, team performance, the quality of the offer, acquisition budget and third-party decisions also influence the outcome.
5. Ownership and access
Rights relating to deliverables, licences, content, accounts and access are defined in the proposal. Third-party brands and tools belong to their respective owners.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the information current and the website available, but interruptions, changes or infrastructure dependencies may occur outside IG Solution’s direct control.
