Privacy without the small print.

1. Data controller

IG Solution, a digital implementation studio based in Porto, Portugal, is the controller of data received in connection with requests for information and proposals.

2. What this website collects

Assessment responses remain on the device until the visitor decides to submit the request. At that point, we may store the name, business, sector, contact details, specified website or profile, responses, identified priority, recommended solution, chosen channel, request reference and information about the source of the visit, such as campaign, landing page and previous referrer.

To understand where the assessment is started, completed or abandoned, technical events are recorded against a random session identifier. This mechanism does not use advertising cookies and does not store content typed before final submission. The hosting infrastructure may also process IP addresses, browser information and security logs to serve and protect the website.

3. When someone contacts IG Solution

We may process names, contact details, company details, project context and conversation content to respond to the request, prepare a proposal and meet obligations associated with a potential contract. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis and retention

Submitting the assessment depends on the visitor’s consent and may also lead to pre-contractual steps. Security and essential measurement of the journey are based on the legitimate interest in protecting and improving the operation. Requests are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed for sales follow-up, subject to statutory periods applicable to contracts or the defence of rights.

5. Providers and transfers

Hosting, communication, CRM or automation tools receive only the data needed for the contracted function. When a project requires other providers, access, responsibilities and costs are defined within its scope.

6. Rights

The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable. The request should be made by email at igsolutionmkt@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +351 917 305 248. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Cookies and optional analytics

This project does not set advertising or marketing tracking cookies. Internal assessment measurement uses cookieless events. The hosting platform may use mechanisms strictly necessary for security, authentication or operation.

Only after accepting analytics does PostHog receive public page visits and essential actions, such as completing the diagnostic or clicking a contact link. We use the European region, without session recordings, personal profiles, names, emails, form answers or request references. We do not send URL parameters or referrers.
